Shipping, Returns & Payment

Shipping

We ship across Jordan, with delivery to the GCC available. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Amman typically arrives in 1–3 business days; other governorates and GCC destinations may take a little longer. Exact delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout based on your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking where available.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your ritual. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and haircare cannot be returned or exchanged. This is standard practice for cosmetic products and protects every customer.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards. Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas. FOURTHIRTY gift cards can be redeemed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
